Mayor Sylvester Turner fires Houston's Housing Director

Following a heated City council meeting Tuesday, Mayor Sylvester Turner fired the city's housing director, Tom McCasland accused Turner of sidestepping the competitive bidding process to direct, affordable, affordable housing money to a select developer with ties to the Mayor.
