Ida evacuees from Louisiana, now staying in Houston, are unsure when they'll return home

Some evacuees from Louisiana are still here in Houston after escaping from the devastating Hurricane Ida. And while the mayor of New Orleans has encouraged residents to come back home, some in Houston say they unsure of when they'll return.
