First openly transgender Olympians are competing in Tokyo

The International Olympic Committee, or IOC, says it will announce a new transgender athlete policy after the Tokyo Games. This comes after New Zealand weight lifter Laurel Hubbard became the first openly, transgender athlete, to compete at the Olympics.
