In a nation where 18 states have fully legalized recreational use of marijuana - our country's top female sprinter, Sha'Carri Richardson, has been removed from the Olympic team after testing positive for THC. Turns out all natural and synthetic forms of cannabis are banned by the world anti-doping agency - which says weed can be a "performance enhancing" substance for some athletes.
