Description: Tropical Storm Elsa has formed in the tropical Atlantic and is more than 3,000 miles from Texas. Its current track takes it into the Caribbean and eventually toward Florida next week, but we?ll just have to see how it interacts with the Caribbean islands and whether that disrupts its development. At this point, our local concerns are much more on weekend storms than Elsa.
