Netflix’s “High on the Hog” has been popular in the few weeks it has been available to stream. The show looks at Black history through the lens of food and makes a stop in Southeast Texas, including Houston’s Gatlin’s BBQ. We catch up with Greg Gatlin to talk about the show.
