Neighbors outraged after violent group of teens storm residential neighborhood

Video sent to The Factor show violent masses of teens taking over resident amenities at the Balmoral Lagoon in Humble. People living there say cars were struck and guns were fired. A few of them join The Factor to share their concerns for their neighborhood.
