Can companies and colleges make getting the COVID-19 vaccine mandatory?

Some Houston Methodist Nurses are protesting the hospital's COVID-19 vaccine mandate. The hospital announced vaccines are mandatory for all employees back in March. But, can employers make that call? Professor Dorit Reiss from UC Hastings joins us to help answer that question.
