It's going to be overcast, rainy, and cool until lunchtime on Tuesday. Skies will start to clear in the afternoon and set up some really nice weather for several days in Houston. The overnights will be cool but we should not see any freezing temperatures. Another front at the end of the week could bring another chance for some showers.
