Mayor Turner urges Union Pacific help families move out of Fifth Ward cancer cluster

Several families near a Union Pacific site in Houston's Fifth Ward have been developing cancer at high rates. Now, Houston Mayor Sylvester Turner is asking the company to help residents move away from it's property.
