The history of the 25th Amendment
The next couple of weeks in America will be historic. The House is attempting to impeach President Trump which would be the first time in history a sitting president was impeached twice, and many in the country are anxiously awaiting the swearing in of President-Elect Joe Biden. We spoke with Constitutional law professor Emily Berman from UH Law Center about the history of the 25th amendment and what the recent acts by House Democrats could mean for the future of politics in America.
