Houston priest reminds that some of our neighbors have been hit harder than others this year

Father Reginald Samuels shares a message of hope and says this difficult year is a stepping stone to something greater. He also wants Houstonians to realize that some minority communities have been harder by the Pandemic than others and that it must be acknowledged so that assistance can be spread to the most deserving areas.
