7 p.m. Hurricane Laura Update

No major changes for Laura in the last several updates from the National Hurricane Center. The 7 p.m. update keeps landfall overnight Wednesday as Cat. 3 hurricane near Texas/Louisiana line. Houston will miss most of the dangerous weather but we are close enough that we must still monitor its progress.
