Unemployment filing call times based on area code

Texas workforce commission is asking people to use their area code to find their suggested call time. Area Codes Beginning with 9: Monday, Wednesday, Friday 8 a.m.to Noon Area Codes Beginning with 3, 4, 5, 6: Monday, Wednesday, Friday 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. Area codes Beginning with 7, 8: Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. Area codes Beginning with 2: Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday 1 p.m. to 5 p.m.
