Reports of Harris Co. residents voting twice

The Harris County Republican Party has something called the ?Ballot Security Committee.? It?s acting as a watch dog on the new Democratic county clerk?s handling of early voting. In Commissioners Court, they raised concerns about what they say are double voters.
