Former NBA player Delonte West struggling in viral video
Former NBA player Delonte west admittedly battles mental illness. He was diagnosed with bipolar disorder in 2008. West has been spotted in cities around the country struggling. Now there is a video taken in Maryland that shows West in a fight, getting beat up by another man on a freeway. There is a second video of West handcuffed taken by a police officer who has since been suspended.
