Grand jury indicts former HPD officers in deadly drug raid

Harris County District Attorney Kim Ogg announced that Goines has been indicted on two counts of felony murder and tampering with a government record. Prosecutors believe Goines misrepresented the victim's drug activity and threat level to obtain a no-knock warrant.
