Driver initially cleared in deadly crash indicted by grand jury

James Hubbs died after his motorcycle crashed into a car on Genoa-Red Bluff Road at 3:30 a.m. on Wednesday. His family is asking why the court found ?no probable cause? against the driver he crashed into Stephen Rodriguez, whose blood alcohol tested out at more than five times the legal limit, according to court documents. He has now been indicted by a grand jury.
