Man accused of killing his ex on Christmas Eve shot at Hermann Park

The Harris County Sheriff's Office confirmed Albert Simon has been pronounced dead after being shot at Hermann Park. Simon is accused of killing his ex-girlfriend, Carolee Taylor, outside of her birthday party on Christmas Eve.
