Reverend Al Sharpton paid $1 million by own charity

2018 tax filings for the National Action Network show Al Sharpton got a $324,000 salary and $160,000 bonus, and more than half a million in "other compensation". In a statement, the organization said the pay was to make up for the previous 13 years when he was "underpaid and received no bonus".
