Dutch Christmas tradition attracting negative worldwide attention

The Dutch celebration features a fictional character named "Black Pete", and people dress up like him and parade the streets to kick off the Christmas season. They paint their faces black, throw on a curly wig, and of course, the bright red lipstick. Many are calling out the tradition for its racism.
