One person killed, two others hurt in deadly crash on Westheimer

A Houston man is facing a felony after a deadly crash. He was speeding down Westheimer this morning and ran a red light near Dairy Ashford, crashing into another car and killing the 21-year-old driver. Two others were hurt and taken to the hospital. The driver is charged with manslaughter.
