Halloween Weather Update

The Freeze Warning has been expanded to include Colorado, Austin, Washington, Waller, Walker, Grimes, San Jacinto, and Polk Counties. A light freeze from 2am until 9am Friday is possible. Houston is not included in the freeze warning.
