Northwest Harris County Works to Rebuild

Precinct 4 Deputies with Constable Mark Herman's Office held a water distribution drive for residents impacted by Monday's tornadoes. Over The Top Roofing and Remodeling was also on site, donating cases of water, Gatorade, and snacks as the community recovers.
