Texas food insecurity on the rise; food preservation tips

Texas has the highest population of food insecure individuals in the country, according to Feeding Texas. If the government shutdown continues past Monday, millions will not receive November SNAP benefits. FOX 26's Heather Sullivan spoke with Mia Medina with 'No Kid Hungry Texas' about the issue.
