Houston man sues southwest side apartment complex claiming neighbor's dog attacked him

A Houston man has filed a lawsuit against a southwest Side apartment complex where he lives, claiming his neighbor's dog violently attacked him. FOX 26's Randy Wallace has the exclusive here tonight.
