HPD body cam video: Houston woman shot by officer after SWAT standoff in The Heights

WARNING: GRAPHIC. VIEWER DISCRETION ADVISED. Houston police released body camera video of an officer-involved shooting on W. 13th Street in The Heights on July 9. Police say a 39-year-old woman was shot and killed by an officer after she pointed a rifle at officers.
