Tropical Weather Forecast - Flossie falling apart, monitoring waters around Florida for possible development

Hurricane Flossie is starting to fall apart in the Eastern Pacific. The National Hurricane Center is monitoring the waters around Florida for an area of low pressure to possibly develop this weekend along a weakening frontal boundary. Heavy rainfall is possible across portions of the Southeast US over the next 5 days.
