Federal judges order Mahmoud Khalil's release, Harvard to continue enrolling foreign students

Khalil has been in an immigration detention center since March for his role in pro-Palestinian protests. Meanwhile, Harvard sued the Department of Administration after it ended the school's certification to host foreign students.
