Houston River Oaks/Montrose residents upset over flooding

Haddon Street in Montrose has a lot of residents concerned. They tell us for years there has been some flooding that has caused damage to their homes and cars. FOX 26 Reporter Leslie DelasBour spoke with residents today about those concerns, and she got some answers.
