Migrants deported to South Sudan must stay in U.S. custody and not be released. An emergency hearing is set for today after a federal judge says the deportation of dozens of migrants from countries like Vietnam and Myanmar to the African country where they're not from may violate a court order, saying the Trump administration may be in contempt for disobeying the order.
