Naked man scales balcony to break into League City apartment; arrested with ICE detainer

Juan Hernandez, 49, is accused of breaking into his neighbor's apartment while naked. Police report that Hernandez scaled the building to reach the victim's second-story balcony, allegedly with the intent to commit a sexual offense. The suspect was arrested 10 days later and is now held with an ICE detainer.
