President Donald Trump is marking his 100th day in office with a rally in Michigan. The president has signed 141 executive orders in his first 100 days. That's about half of all the executive orders he signed during his entire first term, and more than any other president in U.S. history. There are 150 lawsuits challenging several of them. The latest polls show the president's approval rating is lower than any president's first 100 days in 80 years.
