Judge blocks part of President Trump's elections overhaul plan

A federal judge has blocked parts of President Trump's plan to overhaul U.S. elections. The president wants to add a proof of citizenship requirement to the federal voter registration form, calling for the changes in an executive order last month. But a voting rights group and Democrats sued.
