Chambers County: Wildlife refuge officially renamed after Jocelyn Nungaray

The Jocelyn Nungary National Wildlife Refuge has officially been given its new name, honoring a 12-year-old who was killed in Houston. FOX 26's Jonathan Mejia attended the renaming ceremony and spoke one-on-one with Jocelyn's mother.
