Humble ISD superintendent apologizes for 'lynch' comment

The Humble ISD School Board is investigating its newly appointed superintendent Roger Brown. In a leadership meeting in late March, he made comments that he wanted to lynch the mayor after being without power during Hurricane Beryl. He apologized for "using such an insensitive word."
