V.A. sends confidential documents to Vietnam Veteran's widow who was seeking benefits

The Veterans Administration sent the widow of a Vietnam Veteran confidential documents belonging to complete strangers. She thought she was going to finally be getting benefits reinstated after waiting almost a year.
