City kicks off "March on Crime" Campaign

Houston city leaders kicked off the March on Crime campaign on Monday. The program was created back in 1984 and has expanded across the years to include multiple law enforcement agencies. Mayor John Whitmire says it will take a community effort to reduce violence across the area.
