I-45 wrong-way crash kills one, suspect arrested, Houston police say

Police say several calls came in Thursday about a wrong-way driver on I-45 North. It is believed based on the timing of the calls prior to the crash, the driver was going the wrong way for about 10 to 15 minutes.
