Houston Weather: Very cold night Tuesday, warming trend to begin Wednesday

Hard freeze likely with temperatures near 20 early Wednesday and many Icy roads. Temperatures should climb to near 43 Wednesday afternoon along with abundant sunshine. This should help to melt most of the remaining snow and ice.
