29th Annual Foley MLK Jr. Oratory Competition in Houston

Fourth and fifth graders participate in the final round of the 29th Annual Foley MLK Jr. Oratory Competition, hosted by Foley & Lardner and Houston ISD. They deliver original three-to-five-minute speeches to address, “What would Dr. King tell us about our responsibility as citizens and leaders in America today?”
