Find your umbrella because storms are on the way. Today should be the last dry day for a while because beginning Wednesday, we should enter an unsettled pattern bringing off and on showers through the weekend and early next week. Total accumulations could range from 2-5" overall. In fact, isolated hefty downpours are possible as early as tomorrow. Temperature-wise, jacket weather will continue today with a back and forth of cool to chilly air for the next week. So far, no freezing or near-freezing weather is expected in the greater Houston area.
