It?s another nice Friday in Southeast Texas. Highs today will reach the low-90s with low end humidity and clear skies. Temperatures will be on the rise this weekend and into Monday. Highs in Houston are expected to reach the mid-90s, but folks in north Texas could reach the upper-90s. Relief is on the way? a dry front sweeps across the region Monday night into Tuesday. Afternoon highs by the middle of next week will reach the low-80s and some spots could be in the 70s. We remain dry through the extended forecast. Milton is now a post-tropical cyclone and will dissipate in the Atlantic. 2.5 million Floridians are still without power in the wake of Milton.
