The latest forecast from NHC has Milton making landfall as a CAT 4 with catastrophic storm surge of 12-15 ft along the west central Florida coast. The heaviest rain and flood potential and strongest winds will likely be north of the center of circulation. Isolated tornadoes are also a possibility.
