New born baby found abandoned near Bear Creek Trail in Katy

A newborn baby was found abandoned on a bridge at Katy's Bear Creek trail. The infant, now safe and in stable condition, was rescued after being spotted by locals. Surveillance footage shows a man leaving the child and running away. Authorities are investigating and remind citizens of the Baby Moses Law, which allows parents to safely surrender newborns.
