Heat Advisory continues through 8 pm for areas west of Houston including Austin, Grimes, Waller, Washington, Colorado, Wharton & inland Jackson counties. Heat index values up to 110 are likely. Be careful in the heat and try to avoid strenuous work outdoors during the hottest part of the day. Also double check your cars for your kids or pets before you walk away.
