Child advocate calls for change in school systems

A Katy ISD teacher was accused of producing thousands of images of child porn. Some of them were allegedly produced on the school campus. FOX 26's Jonathan Mejia spoke with a victim's advocate who is alarmed with the increase in similar cases.
