As of 11:15 a.m., there are no severe warnings in effect and it’s mostly just moderate rain across most of the area. A slow-moving batch of downpours between Alvin and Galveston has dropped more than 3” of rain, but so far we’ve avoided any significant issues. There will be a chance for a line of storms overnight that could move into parts of the viewing area between 11:00 p.m. and 2:00 a.m.
