Spring breakers flock to Galveston for festivities

A large crowd has already gathered in Galveston's West End for the start of spring break and law enforcement agencies increased their presence out of caution. FOX 26's Jonathan Mejia spoke to spring breakers and heard from authorities on safety efforts.
