Patchy fog is possible through mid-morning. Once the fog dissipates, the afternoon brings mostly sunny skies and warming temperatures. Highs will soar to the upper-70s if not reach 80 degrees. The warmer air will stick around through the weekend and into early next week. Widespread rain and a few storms will return on Monday, due to a surge of moisture from the Gulf of Mexico.
